Dr. Broomer is a Board Certified Dermatologist, and a native of Colorado. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, with a minor in biochemistry.
Subsequently, she received her medical degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. Dr. Broomer completed her rotating internship at Capital Region Medical Center, and also completed a year of family practice before starting her dermatology residency at NOVA in Florida.
After her training, she practiced at a dermatology office in Longmont and Loveland before founding Castle Rock Dermatology in 2007. Her areas of special interest include skin cancer, acne, and eczema.
Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic Association, the Colorado Medical Society, and the Colorado Dermatology Society.
During her free time, Dr. Broomer enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, reading, sudoku, and jigsaw puzzles.
